The room has a queen size comfortable bed, within a family Home. Two bathrooms, two toilets, large communal lounge, dining and kitchen area. Studio room can be used as extra lounge. Private outside garden, rural views. A relaxing stay, continental breakfast, a selection of cereals, homemade yogurt and muesli, local berries and honey are included. We have two sons living in separate accommodation outside of the main house. Friendly (Outside) Collie Labrador Cross Dog, Ivy. We have fruit trees black boy peach, plum, nectarine, lemon, grapes, we also have a vegetable garden, help yourself to fruit and veg when they are in season. Safe swimming and surfing at Ohope beach only a 10 min drive over the hill. Whakatane Golf course just 3 min\u2019s around the corner. If you want to venture off to the big smoke \u2013 Rotorua or Tauranga they\u2019re only an hour\u2019s drive away. 40 mins to Lakes, Plenty of Bush walks in area. The gate way to White Island on our doorstep.
